Senior Customer Care Executive (12 Month Parental Leave Part Time)

About the job

Make an impact providing first class customer support and service within our customer care department with this part time (school hours) 12 month fixed term maternity leave position.

  • Actively take calls & emails, ensuring they are answered timely and effectively
  • Resolve escalated issues with a favourable resolution
  • Provide product information and technical assistance
  • Maintain and check all orders
  • Ensure ongoing dialog with internal and external customers
  • Monitoring team progress and KPI’s

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication & relationship skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Navision, Salesforce, Kohezion experience highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Hands on and quick learner
