On our journey to becoming a leader in women’s empowerment, we are working with two experts in workplace diversity to turn insight into action: McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.org. Since 2015, the Women in the Workplace report, the largest comprehensive study of the state of women in corporate America, has been published annually to give companies and employees the information they need to advance women and improve gender diversity within their organizations. This year, Fossil Group is proud to have participated in the study along with over 300 organizations to better understand employees’ day-to-day work experiences. Fossil Group was also selected by Lean In to participate in a case study sharing feedback on the 50 Ways to Fight Bias program. Specifically at Fossil Group, both men and women managers felt more equipped to discuss bias with their teams after participating.
