By mid-morning on Thursday, April 23, the usual rhythm of our NYC office had noticeably shifted.
Laughter echoed the halls, curiosity filled every corner, and for an entire day, the world of FOSSIL Group was seen through a much smaller—but no less imaginative—lens.
Seven young guests, ages 3 to 10, stepped into the office for the very first NYC Bring Your Child to Work Day. What began as a few shy introductions quickly turned into fast friendships, sparked by icebreakers that had everyone talking, laughing, and ready to explore.
To start the day, the kids set off on a scavenger hunt that carried them through the heart of our business—stopping by Design, the Fossil Retail Store, Packing & Shipping, and Marketing. At each station, they didn’t just observe; they participated. Small hands got busy, questions flowed freely, and every stop revealed a new piece of the story behind what we do.
They also met designers Antonin and Ryan, stepped into the role of a DJ in the AX showroom, and got an up-close look at Fossil products. Not surprisingly, these experiences quickly became crowd favorites.
One of the most memorable moments came when they designed and decorated their own watches and tins. Each piece was as unique as its creator—a reflection of imagination in its purest form—and something they could proudly take home.
The day was magical. Of course, none of it would have come together without the thoughtful planning and care behind the scenes. Extra thanks to our PACT ERG leaders, who crafted an engaging, seamless day that made it all feel effortless.
