Today, we are pleased to announce the addition of two respected executives, Eugene (Gene) Davis and Pamela B. Corrie, to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Davis will serve as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, and Mrs. Corrie will serve as a member of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective March 24, 2024.
Together, these appointments reflect not only our commitment to governance excellence but also the agreement we entered into with shareholder The Buxton Helmsley Group, Inc. (“BHG”).
