We are currently seeking a customer oriented individual to be a part of our Fossil Family as a Customer Services Officer.
Provide service recovery at the service centre for all end consumers (ie walk in, email or phone enquiries).
Perform spare parts order/replenishments and be responsible of stocks in the service centre.
Assist in spare parts allocations including generating sales orders for dealers and walk in customers.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstation.
Timely and accuracy in submission / filing of paper works.
Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
At least 2 years and above of working experience in After Sales Service.
Knowledge of Logistic operation and ISO requirements will be appreciated.
Strong and good organizational and filing ability, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Good communication and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Ability to deliver under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Able to work overtime.
Computer literate and good in MS Word and Excel.
Willing to travel between our PJ Office and KL, HQ.
