What’s the role about?
• Interface with vendors to collect compliance data/test report
• Validate all collected compliance data prior to acceptance
• Monitor and follow up with vendors to ensure the compliance documents are provided on schedule.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the compliance database (e.g. SCIP reporting)
• Support audit team to schedule the factory audit and CAP follow up
• Organize internal and supplier trainings and conduct trainings after on-job-training if capable
• Perform ad hoc tasks as being assigned
What we are looking for:
•  Degree holder or above in related discipline
•  Minimum 3 years in compliance experience in brand/retailer industry
• Working knowledge of Restricted Substances compliance (RoHS, Prop 65, REACH etc.)  Â
• Training experience would be an advantage
• Good communication skills required, self-motivated, strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerpointÂ
