Whatâ€™s the role about?
â€¢ Interface with vendors to collect compliance data/test report
â€¢Â Validate all collected compliance data prior to acceptance
â€¢Â Monitor and follow up with vendors to ensure the compliance documents are provided on schedule.
â€¢ Assist in implementing and maintaining the compliance database (e.g. SCIP reporting)
â€¢Â Support audit team to schedule the factory audit and CAP follow up
â€¢Â Organize internal and supplier trainings and conduct trainings after on-job-training if capable
â€¢Â Perform ad hoc tasks as being assigned
What we are looking for:
â€¢Â Â Degree holder or above in related discipline
â€¢Â Â Minimum 3 years in compliance experience in brand/retailer industry
â€¢Â Working knowledge of Restricted Substances compliance (RoHS, Prop 65, REACH etc.) Â Â
â€¢Â Training experience would be an advantage
â€¢Â Good communication skills required, self-motivated, strong analytical skills and detail orientation
â€¢Â Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
â€¢Â Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerpointÂ
