Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the APAC planning and development of enterprise systems, mainly (but not limited to), Navision and SAP and their interfaces
- Lead meetings, assigns action items to staff and ensures plan execution by the due date. Also oversees the work of personnel and provides technical guidance
- Oversee the progress of solution development and other IT projects to ensure the alignment to business expectations
- Mentor and coach team members, participate in compliance and IT audits, vendor management and development Regional IT strategy for enterprise systems within corporate cost parameters
- Assess customer needs, making sure systems are adequate, functional, in line with business requirement and ensure the IT processes and systems integrated effectively with other systems
- Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable
- Identify area of enhancements and improvements, provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Responsible for maintaining records and practices that ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for applications
- Direct the development of policies and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, economic change and business needs
Required Skills & ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent writing, communications in English, facilitation, and presentation skills
- At least 8 years plus relevant work experience, solid IT project management experience with significant business impacts and resources
- Possess a strong technical background to enable comprehensive business-IT alignment
- Well versed with Enterprise Systems, including Navision, SAP (AFS) and Jetreport
- Critical thinking; challenging the status quo; Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to respond to rapidly changing business priorities
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work to strict deadlines
