Position: Senior Product Compliance Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Collect the Compliance data per season, follow the data collection process, upload, review and approve the documents provided by suppliers
Follow up CSR non-compliance cases when Sr. product compliance analyst is out of office
Implement Fossil’s Conflict Minerals compliance program, including working with cross-functional teams, managing the project timeline, tracking milestones, documenting the compliance effort, and clearly communicating project goals to stakeholders
Review and approve documents and reports prepared by external resources
Communicate results of the Conflict Minerals program via written reports and oral presentations to management and process owners
Liaise to manufacturing partners including training initiatives and on the ground vendor meetings
Work closely with the connected device supplier to collect ROHS document, review and upload the document to Compliance database platform
Desired skills & experience:
Bachelor degree of Chemistry or other related disciplines
Minimum of 2-year directly related experience (preferred) or a complimentary engineering position
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Good communication skills required and detail orientation
Working knowledge of restricted substances compliance (RoHs, Prop 65…) is preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Fresh graduates are welcome
