Order Planner (Watch)

Position: Order Planner (Watch)


  • Purchase order issuance & production tracking management
  • Manage purchase & production timeline with various departments and factories
  • End-to-end order tracking, inventory management and monitor for timely & efficient delivery schedules
  • Coordinate closely between overseas office and factories for production follow-up
  • Follow up purchase order with corporate and regions, customer and suppliers
  • Manage 3rd party customer and inter-com orders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • 3-year experience, preferably with Jewelry and watch background
  • Attention to detail, good task accuracy and organization skills; proven problem solver
  • Sense of urgency & responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel); MS Office PowerPoint is preferrable
  • Proficient communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese
  • Mature, responsible, self-motivated and organized, efficient and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
