Position : eCommece Executive
Responsibilities:
Assist team to operate new eCommerce marketplace stores (e.g. Tmall, JD, VIP, Zalora, Amazon, Lazada, Yahoo etc) to meet company targets
Manage online eCommerce platform in content editing, product upload, pricing & inventory update via different content management system or eCommerce backend system
Ensure websites are operating efficiently and proactively take the necessary steps in resolving any issues on a timely basis
Offer general assistance to e-shop owners on day-to-day tasks and handle ad hoc projects assigned by immediate supervisors
Assist in the reporting, project coordination and testing of website enhancements and issues
Prepare promotions, product highlights and selections
Work closely with different function units including digital marketing and merchandising to ensure smooth order processing & operation
Desired Skills and Experience:
Diploma or above in eCommerce, Internet, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Language, Communication or related field
Min. 2 years of working experience in eCommerce/ Internet/ Marketing, or shipping & logistics field
Experience in operating Cross-Border-Trading marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Lazada, Linio, Yahoo, Tmall, AliExpress, Rakuten would be a big advantage
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in HTML and photo editing software would be an advantage
Good team player, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure
