Our Time to Shine Summer internship program is designed to offer students the the opportunity to hone skills in the fast-paced world of retail while gaining hands-on experience working alongside the most creative thinkers and changemakers in the industry.
Within the program, we offer roles across a wide range of areas, including Brand & Marketing, Commercial (retail, wholesale and e-commerce), Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
Each intern is assigned a manager and a mentor who will provide guidance and training while exposing you to hands-on responsibilities that directly impact our business goals. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, interns will create and present a personal project that allows them to share their fresh perspectives and ideas with the members of our Executive Leadership Team at the conclusion of each program.

Brand & Marketing
Do you have an eye for design? Our creative team is multifaceted to encompass a variety of unique fields. We offer product design internships for watches, jewelry and leathers where you’ll conceive and design products that could potentially shape the fashion landscape. As part of our marketing program, there are opportunities within integrated marketing, social media, UX/UI, analytics, public relations and more. You’ll get first-hand experience working with some of the brightest communication experts, data scientists and social media mavens in the industry.
Commercial
Excited by sales, retail, and business growth? Our Commercial teams turn strategy into results by supporting sales execution, retail performance, and account partnerships. Interns gain experience analyzing sales trends, supporting retail initiatives, and helping drive business performance across channels. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand how insights, planning, and execution come together to drive commercial success.
Finance
Curious about how financial strategy drives business decisions? Our Finance team helps guide the company’s performance through forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Finance interns support reporting, business reviews, and data analysis that inform leadership decisions. You’ll gain exposure to how a global company manages profitability, investments, and growth—while building strong analytical and business fundamentals.
HR
Passionate about people and workplace culture? Our HR team supports the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to learning, development, and employee engagement. As an HR intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting people programs, analyzing HR data, and helping create a positive employee experience. You’ll partner with HR leaders to see how people strategy supports business success across a global organization.
Supply Chain & Planning
Interested in how products move from concept to customer? Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in planning, sourcing, and delivering products across our global network. Interns gain exposure to demand planning, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination—helping ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals to solve real-world challenges and support the flow of products that power our business worldwide.
