Fossil Village is a parental buddy program that connects parents and parents-to-be to share resources and insights. Topics covered in the program include preparing to go on maternity/paternity leave, returning to work from parental leave, family planning, parenting a child with a disability, and more. By facilitating a supportive community, we hope to give working parents the tools they need to excel at work and at home.
