Supporting women’s health in our global supply chain
In 2014, Fossil Group partnered with Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) to launch the Health Enables Returns (HER) Project. The HER Project supports women in Fossil Group’s supply chain by providing education and training on topics such as hygiene, family planning, nutrition and exercise. The initiative also designates and trains Peer Health Educators that help to sustain the training over time. In order to continue this good work, Fossil created the Sustainable Health Education (SHE) program, which allows female workers to continue to increase the ability to take charge of their health and spread what they’ve learned into their communities.

“Knowledge is potential, and knowledge changes lives.
In Fossil’s SHE program, we share health information topics including nutrition, personal hygiene, HIV and family planning with female workers in different parts of Asia. Together, we wish to share, to support and to build a better future for this female generation.
For me, it is also a way to express our gratitude for those who helped to build the very success of Fossil.”
